SOLKOMBAT ("we", "us", "our") operates solkombat.app and related services. We are committed to your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, wallet features, and Bounty Rewards program — and how we use, store, and protect it.

We collect only the information needed to operate the Services and reward genuine community participation: • Wallet address: when you connect a Solana wallet, we store the public wallet address to identify your account, record Bonus SOLK balances, and process on-chain transactions. • Social identifiers: when you complete bounty tasks, we may collect your Telegram user ID, X (Twitter) handle, or other social identifiers supplied by you or the relevant platform. This is used only to verify task completion and prevent duplicate rewards. • Game activity: if you download and play the SOLKOMBAT game and link it to the same wallet, we read your in-game SOLK balance from the game backend so it can be shown as Bonus SOLK on your dashboard. • Technical data: standard server logs, IP addresses, and browser information may be processed for security, fraud prevention, and service stability. We do not use this data for profiling or advertising.

The Bounty Rewards page includes an optional task that asks you to subscribe to the official SOLKOMBAT YouTube channel. To confirm the subscription automatically, we use Google's OAuth 2.0 sign-in with the following scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly What this scope lets us do: • Read your YouTube channel identifier (via channels.list?mine=true). • Check whether your account is currently subscribed to our configured channel (via subscriptions.list?mine=true). What this scope does NOT let us do: • Upload, delete, edit, or manage any videos, comments, playlists, or live streams. • Modify your subscriptions, likes, or account settings. • Access your watch history, search history, Google email address, profile data, or any other personal information beyond the limited items listed above. The authorization is requested only when you actively press the "Confirm subscription" button. The access token is used immediately for the verification call and is not stored long-term. We keep only a record that the verification succeeded, together with your YouTube channel identifier, so the reward is not paid twice. You can revoke our access at any time through myaccount.google.com/permissions.

We use the information we collect to: • Create and manage your account tied to your wallet address. • Verify bounty tasks (Telegram joins and messages, X follows and engagements, YouTube subscriptions, game downloads). • Award Bonus SOLK and track referral bonuses. • Prevent fraud, abuse, duplicate claims, bot activity, and other violations of our Terms. • Communicate service updates, changes to campaigns, or security notices. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing or any other purpose.

We use minimal cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in with your wallet and to preserve basic UI preferences. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, fingerprinting, or third-party analytics scripts. You can clear local storage through your browser settings at any time.

Our website links to and integrates with third-party services including Telegram, X (Twitter), YouTube / Google, wallet providers (such as Phantom and Solflare), and the Solana blockchain. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their data practices, and we are not responsible for how they collect or use your information. When you choose to verify a YouTube subscription, you are temporarily redirected to Google to grant read-only access. That interaction is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

We do not share your personal information with advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties. We may disclose information only in the following limited situations: • When required by law, court order, or valid government request. • To protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users. • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with appropriate confidentiality protections.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and secure database storage with Row-Level Security. Wallet private keys are never collected or stored by us; you remain in full control of your funds through your own wallet provider.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, restrict, or delete your personal information. Because accounts are tied to self-custody wallets, the most reliable way to stop data collection is to disconnect your wallet and stop using the Services. To request deletion of other data (such as a linked social handle), contact us through our official channels.

The Services are not directed to children under 18 (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child without appropriate consent, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, features, or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated policy.
